Use a heavy pan with a tight fitting cover. (Cook at least 1 cup
of rice, too small amount of rice and water won't produce sufficient
steam.)

Measure the rice and water as same as Rice Cooker, put rice and
water into the pan, and soak the rice for 30 minuets.

Put them onto the stove, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer
for 20 to 25 min. Do not take off the lid during cooking!
4.
Remove from heat and let stand 15~20 minutes.
5.
Fluff lightly with a wet paddle and serve.
