How to Cook Tamaki in an Electric Rice Cooker

1. Pour Tamaki Rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker using the measuring cup provided by the rice cooker manufacturer, and rinse lightly 2-3 times until the water runs clear.
2. Add water as suggested by the rice cooker manufacturer, a standard water ratio is 1:1 (1 cup of water to 1 cup of rice).
3. Soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking for optimal absorption. Turn rice cooker on.
4. Wait 10 minutes after the cooker turns off and fluff the rice to let moisture escape.
