||Put the desired quantity of Tamaki Rice into your pot, and rinse lightly 2-3 times until the water runs clear.
||Add water at a ratio of 1:1 (1 cup of water to 1 cup of rice).
||Soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking for optimal absorption.
||Cover pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
||Reduce to low heat, then simmer for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed.
||Remove from heat, let it stand covered for 15 minutes and fluff the rice to let moisture escape.
