How to Make Sushi Rice

1. Place hot rice into a large bowl or a Hangiri (wooden Japanese bowl used for preparing sushi rice.)
2. For each cup of cooked rice, use 1 tablespoon of sushi rice vinegar.
3. While the rice is still hot, lightly pour sushi rice vinegar over all of the steamed rice.
4. Mix the sushi rice vinegar with rice paddle using a side slicing motion, every kernel of your sushi rice should be covered with rice vinegar.
5. Place a towel over your sushi rice and let cool to room temperature.
