Salmon and Salmon Roe Sushi

Ingredients (Serves 4)
  • 2 cups cooked Tamaki Rice
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 pk of salmon for sashimi, thinly sliced
  • 1 pk of ikura (salmon roe)
  • 1 pk radish sprouts
  • 1 ramekin (porcelain pudding cup)

  • Preparation
    1. Add rice vinegar to the cooked Tamaki rice and mix carefully.
    2. Line the inside wall of the ramekin with salmon sashimi slices.
    3. Take sushi rice and fill in the center of the ramekin completely. Pack the rice in tightly so that it will not break apart when removed.
    4. Flip the ramekin onto a plate and carefully remove it.
    5. Repeat steps 2-4 to create additional sushi.

    Place ikura on top of the sushi and garnish with radish sprouts. Serve with soy sauce.
