||1 ramekin (porcelain pudding cup)
||Insert the eel around the inside wall of the ramekin.
||Make sushi rice by adding vinegar and sugar.
||Mix chopped cucumber and avocado along with Tamaki Rice in the center of the ramekin, filling it completely.
||Push hard on the ramekin. (Be sure to push hard so that the Tamaki Rice won't break apart when you remove the cup.)
||Flip the ramekin cup and remove it.
||Add the kaiware daikon on top for an accent and added flavor. (Add ikura for more color, if you wish.)
