Wagyu and Vegetable Curry

Ingredients (Serves 2)
  • 2 cups cooked Tamaki Rice
  • 1/2 lb of wagyu beef for shabu-shabu
  • 4 oz of Naga Imo (Japanese yam), peeled and cut
  • 2 oz of broccoli, boiled and cut
  • 2 oz of cauliflower, boiled and cut
  • 4 oz of asparagus, boiled and cut
  • 1 tomato, cut
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 20 fl oz of water
  • 1/2 curry mix
  • radish sprouts for garnish, optional

  • Preparation
    1. Heat up oil and garlic in a pan.
    2. Cook wagyu beef in heated pan and set aside.
    3. Add chopped onion to the same pan and stir fry until soft. Add other vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
    4. Add water and allow to come to a boil.
    5. Add curry mix and stir until the mix melts completely.

    Plate vegetable curry with cooked Tamaki rice. Put cooked wagyu over rice and garnish with radish sprouts, if desired.
