What are those Vitamins do?

1. Vitamin B1

Vitamin B1 helps for recovery of fatigue,improves mental attitude,aids in digestion and keep the nervous system,muscles,and heart functioning normally.
2. Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects body tissue from the damage of oxidation. It is also important for proper function of nerves and muscles.
3. Fiber
Fiber assists digestion and elimination. It may be helpful in prevention or treatment of diveticulosis, diabetes and heart disease.
4. GABA(Gammar Amino Butyric Acid)

How to cook "HIGA" rice?
- Measure the rice by cup, put into the pan. Wash HAIGA rice gently. Rinse them 2-3 times,then put water completely out of the pan. Measure the water 1 and 1/4 cup against 1 cup of rice.Put into the rice cooker.

- For the best result,before you start cooking,soak rice about 30 minutes in the water.
