Williams Rice Milling Company is located in the heart of the California Rice Farming community. We are a small mill dedicated solely to the production of premium quality rice established in 1988.

Farmers in Japan deeply respect the ebb and flow of nature. At Williams Rice we have combined traditional farming principles with modern technology to achieve rice of consistent quality and superior taste.

We have built a small, sophisticated rice mill in the Sacramento Valley of Northern California, where the water, soil and climate are ideal for rice cultivation. Our millers carefully select and refine Tamaki Rice using the latest in equipment and most advanced techniques

To guarantee that the very best rice is delivered to you, we maintain control over every phase of rice production, from growing to packaging. All of our grower are carefully chosen, and the rice field are inspected from pre-planting through harvest by our field men. Our quality control department not only checks the rice for grade and appearance, but also for cooking characteristics and taste before packaging.

The present ownership and employees of the Company have succeeded to and remain committed to this philosophy in our production of Tamaki Rice. We will continue to present our Tamaki Rice as Signature Quality.
